Levin White — Distinguished Leader in Law Enforcement and Intelligence Support
Levin White is a veteran law enforcement and intelligence support professional with more than 35 years of distinguished service, recognized for his investigative expertise, strategic leadership, and contributions to supporting national security. His career spans high-profile criminal investigations including homicide, violent crime, organized crime, sex trafficking, contract fraud, kickbacks, and public corruption.
A former SWAT officer, White has earned numerous state and federal awards for bravery, sacrifice, and public service. He holds a U.S. Government security clearance, underscoring his trusted role in sensitive operations. He has served as a team member for National Peer Reviews of Inspectors General Offices, completed the FBI-LEEDA Executive Leadership Program, and received the federal 2020 Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE) Award for outstanding integrity and service as a Special Agent and Team Member /Case Specific within the Inspectors General community regarding a consultant and a $121m national recovery.
In the Commonwealth of Virginia, White also served as a certified general instructor providing guidance, instruction and invaluable experience for his department’s Training Academy. He developed the department’s Officer Wellness Program to strengthen mental and physical resilience among personnel and managed its off-duty overtime program, demonstrating exceptional organizational skill.
White’s intelligence expertise also includes monitoring social media during the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine to identify crisis indicators, enabling life-saving interventions. As a part-time contractor for the U.S. Government, he continues to contribute to support national security initiatives.
He holds a B.A. in International Relations with a Russian language focus from Ferrum College, a Master’s Graduate Certificate in Public Management from Virginia Commonwealth University’s L. Douglas Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs, and an A.A. in Business Administration. His humanitarian leadership includes co-founding nonprofits that have delivered more than 5,000 sets of body armor, communications equipment, Starlink and other support systems, to include drone technology to Ukraine during the start of the 2022 conflict.
From local policing to global security operations, Levin White exemplifies a rare combination of operational skill, strategic vision, and humanitarian commitment—leaving a lasting impact on both law enforcement and the intelligence community. He is a proud veteran formerly serving as an Infantry Scout in the 29th Light Infantry, 183rd HHC in Virginia. He maintains the following DCJS certifications; Personal Protective Services (Armed and Unarmed), Private Investigator, Security Services Instructor, and registered Compliance Agent.
